William Henry Harrison Junior School is a national Blue Ribbon / state designated “Excellent” school that provides learning opportunities to approximately 900 students in grades six, seven and eight.
Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as science, language arts, math, physical education, art, social studies, and technology. The school offers a range of sports activities, including, but not limited to basketball, wrestling, volleyball, football, cross country, and track and field.
It involves students in several extracurricular activities, such as science club, chorus, dance, spelling bee competitions and the MATH COUNTS program. The school also provides a range of supplies, including pencils, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, erasers, notebooks and tissue boxes.
